(Company No. 202601014758 (1676856-V)), a company incorporated in Malaysia with its registered office at J-6-2, Soho KL, Jalan Solaris, Mont Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia ("we", "us"). We provide point-of-sale, payment acceptance and membership software for food & beverage businesses in Malaysia ("the Services"). This policy explains how we handle personal data on this website and in the Services.
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), Clawesome Technology Sdn. Bhd. is the data user for personal data you provide through this website. For member and customer data that merchants process using the Services, the merchant is the data user and we act on the merchant's instructions.
On this website: your language preference (stored locally in your browser) and any information you choose to send us by email. In the Services: business and operational data our merchant customers enter, and member data processed on behalf of merchants in line with the PDPA.
To respond to enquiries, provide and improve the Services, and meet legal obligations (including tax and e-invoicing requirements). We do not sell personal data.
Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-based, and backups are performed daily. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
