Features, availability and pricing of the Services are agreed per merchant. Payment acceptance is provided together with licensed channel partners; settlement terms are set out in the merchant agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
